What is success to you? Being aligned in my truth and sharing it with the world via my creative expression.

What is magic for you? Being so divinely connected and rooted in my highest knowing that I can hear the gifts and messages from my guides and angels and integrate them into my reality.

What is love for you? Love for me is a deep feeling of calm and trust. Connection without force. Beautiful flow of energy that is pure honesty and joy. And the only way to have love with another is if that flow is with oneself first. Otherwise you can’t recognize it with another.

What is your beauty /health practice? I eat extremely clean and drink clean pure water. I go to sleep early and wake up before the sun. And do yoga and meditate before 7am. I am in prayer and ritual until about 8am and it only then I will turn my phone on. It’s the only way I can maintain true health on all levels. 

What makes your spirit glow? When I am connected to the light. To source. God. Whatever one calls it. I call it the light or God. Being connected brings all the glow to my soul.

How do you stay centered in the middle of chaos? As long as I have morning rituals I can do anything. I grew up in chaos and my career is chaos. High paced and a lot of difficult emerita navigate. When I connect in and have my morning time full ritual and prayer I can take on the day and when it gets hectic I can breathe deeply and connect to my morning time any time.

What causes /organizations are you passionate about? I am passionate about animals and children. I do not have any specific ones at the moment but I am always energizing and meditating on the well being of animals and children. 

If you could say one thing to the world what would you say?
Trust yourself. There is nothing outside of yourself that will give you the answers you seek. Wake up early and sit in the darkness before dawn. Listen to the silence and connect in. Slow down and listen to…. You. ~ Eliza Coupe
