What is success to you?

Success is a moving target that evolves and changes as I grow and move throw life. Ultimately I feel the most successful when all things in my life come into harmony and balance; when I nourish my relationships with friends and family, move forward in my career and focus on my personal health and wellness.

What is magic to you?

Magic means many things to me. But I really feel it especially in the ways life unravels itself unexpectedly. Believe it or not, I feel magic the most through the hardest times in my life, when they start to turn around. It’s in these darkest times that I learn the greatest lessons. Ones I could never live without wouldn’t trade for anything. When you can look back on something that seemed like the end of the world and be grateful for it, to me that’s magical.

What is love for you?

Love never stands still. It’s a wave the runs through us all, connecting us to one another. It’s magnetic. Sometimes it pulls us together and sometimes it pushes us apart. But it’s web strings us all together and that’s why we feel it every day. Whether we feel it strongly or weakly, we cannot get away from it.

What is your beauty /health practice?

I’ve tried many beauty practices and the best one I’ve ever found is to rid my life of as much stress as possible. And the best way I’ve found to do this is through finding balance in my life. For my mind, I always try to learn something new every day and constantly ask questions. I try to grow as much as possible. For my body, I stay active, eat healthily and avoid toxins as much as possible. I treat it like anything else in my life that I love. And for my soul, I allow myself to go through the motions of life without self-judgment. I focus on what makes me feel happy and I nurture the relationships in my life. And I work at the things I’m passionate about. When I focus on all of these things, I look my best on the outside and I fell my best on the inside. And the world around me reflects all of this as well.

What makes your spirit glow?

My spirit glows when I connect with the people I care deeply about. I’ve noticed that the experiences in my life that mean the most, are the ones that I’ve shared with others. So I like to go out of my way to make meaningful and memorable experiences with my friends and family.

How do you stay centered in the middle of chaos?

Chaos is hard to avoid in my career. I’ve come to know it well, and I learn each time that I encounter it. The most important thing is to stay centered and not let my thoughts run away with me. Keep a strong connection with my heart and my gut as seen me through many chaotic days. Your gut never leads you astray but your head can. When it comes to chaos, the most important thing I’ve learned is to make decisions from the heart and not from a place of fear.

If you could say one thing to the world what would you say?

I’m extremely passionate about conservations of the planted and animals. Currently, I am an ambassador for the Diane Fossey Foundations, which protects the Mountain Gorillas in Rwanda and I would love to get involved in projects dedicated to cleaning up the ocean.
If I could say one thing to the world, I would say to remember to give yourself love and not be too hard on yourself. It’s so easy to get caught up in everything around us, that we forget to nurture ourselves. But the world we see outside of us is reflected by what’s going on within. Everything’s is better when we allow self-love.

What is the greatest lesson you’ve learned about being a mom?

I’m not a mother yet, but I hope to be one day. And I think about what that will be like all the time. The biggest lesson I’m trying to learn ahead of becoming a mother is understanding that everyone sees the world through different lenses. My children will have their own dreams and their own passions. They will have their own personalities. I want to be there to guide them through life, but not control the direction they choose to take. I want to allow them the space to make mistakes and be the person they feel safe talking to when things don’t go as planned. I want to grow patience so that I never block them. And I know that when I do finally meet them, that they will be my greatest teachers. I’m really looking forward to this chapter ahead of me.

What are you favorite Feather Eagle Sky products and why?

I have trouble picking a favourite Feather Eagle Sky product, but I especially want to point out how incredible the sunscreen products, both the Sun Face Protect and the Sun Body Protect. They works so well and my skin feels amazing. I’ve always been sensitive to sunscreen products, and I’ve never felt excited to put sunscreen on my skin before!
