This review is to share a terrible experience I’ve had w FES. I purchased this scrub and an oil. Scrub was cut with more besan flour than before and had no scent. The oil was lovely and I contacted the owner inquiring about the rose scent she used and asked for a custom order of just rose oil. She said she’d be happy to and for me to venmo her $60 for a bottle of rose oil. I did so on June 14th. ….I never received my oil. I messaged her on multiple occasions, to which each time she would respond with an excuse as to why I haven’t yet received it. Either something was wrong w shipping or she was out of town again. Again multiple messages over 2 months!. The last contact w her was on august 14. I sent a message saying I still haven’t received my custom oil at over 2 months!! She sent a message with a photo of the bottle (implying she was shipping it right then) saying she would be mailing and refunding my $60 that I paid her. It is now august 27. And she won’t respond to my messages sent august 24 and today asking again. Very very disappointed bc as I thought this was a good and honest company. She took $60 and won’t send my product (which I no longer want) and won’t send my money back.

Nice, gentle, invigorating scrub. Smells wonderful as the other products, and prompts a deep, cleansing breath. Lasts surprisingly long for every week use! Will purchase again.
