Disappointed
Ordered the perfume & mist on 12/8/23 and never received it & no response to my inquiry about it. Which is normally not my experience with your customer service. Supposedly it was confirmed being sent again the end of January after I had to disputed the charge. As of 2/11/2024 I have still not received the package yet. Just got this email to give a review of items I have yet to receive. Hoping to receive some type of response to figure out the problem. Disappointed because I have had no issues in the past & loved the products I purchased over the last 4 years.
